After years of writing, editing, and late-night coffee, my Texas dystopian novel My Name it is Sam Hall will officially launch on November 18, 2025.

This is my debut release from Boltonshire Books, and it means a lot to finally say: it’s happening.

How This Book Came to Life

I wrote Sam Hall between a full-time job, volleyball tournaments, and everyday dad life.
No retreats, no free weekends—just the quiet hours after everyone was asleep.
The story that kept me up is about persistence, identity, and what happens when one man refuses to flinch in a broken world.

If you enjoy dystopian fiction, alternate-history Texas stories, or character-driven myths, this one’s for you.

What to Expect Before Release

Behind-the-scenes posts: I’ll share how the Unified States of Texas universe came together and why this book feels more like a modern folktale than traditional sci-fi.
ARC reader invitations: A few advance readers will get free early copies in exchange for honest launch-day reviews.
Music & visuals: Keep an eye out for The Ballad of Sam Hall lyric video and teaser art dropping in early November.
Launch details: On November 18, the paperback and eBook editions will be available worldwide through Amazon and IngramSpark.

Why It Matters

This project started as a “what if” and turned into proof that indie authors can publish professionally while raising families and working full-time.
It’s about making creativity fit real life instead of waiting for the perfect conditions.

So here’s to persistence—and to a story that refused to stay quiet.

Thank you to everyone who’s followed the journey so far.
Four weeks left until Sam Hall walks.
